Kind of mixed feelings on the rating for cleanliness and value for money: while superficially clean, the apartment had scuffed up dirty hallway walls, floor needed more attention at the sides and corners and edpecially under bar area. Two corkscrews- one broken, other doesnt work. No linens for sofabed. Couldnt find more than 1 kitchen towel, only two mismatched coffee mugs, only two red wine glasses, mismatched and one with broken bottom. Construction happening in next building with drilling and hammering starting at 815. Kitchen table chair loose/bent leg- heavier person sitting will surely break it and fall. Sofa covering old and shabby - perhaps even replace sofa its not very pleasant. Most other places provide translated instruction/maps. Very convenient location but beware front street can be noisy from people heading home from bars down the street. Very speedy elevator. Terrace is wonderful. Nice washroom. Newer clothes washer.
