It is a very nice area full of charming places, such as the Cathedral, La Giralda, Royal Alcaceres, Patio de los Naranjos, etc., all this can be found just 250 meters from the apartment.
The Barrio de Santa Cruz is next to Triana one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Seville, which is formed by a labyrinth of typical and narrow streets full of architectural treasures, its patios full of flowers, the murmur of its fountains and the orange blossom aroma.
In the surroundings of the building you can find bars and terraces where you can taste the gastronomy of our land, sitting outdoors enjoying our magnificent climate.
They do not need to use a car, everything they need is located a few meters away.

We offer you an elegant apartment of 75 meters, located in a typical Sevillian house, it is composed of a large bedroom decorated in vintage style, a bed of 1,50m x 2m, high quality sheets. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, TV 40 ", table for 4 people, The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and even a Dolce Gusto Coffee, a warm and pleasant bathroom, and finally the best of the apartment is its large private patio, where you can spend pleasant evenings with your friends or family. Lovely apartment in an ideal position for exploring the beautiful Seville. Check in was easy with clear instructions and the host was super responsive. Everything was provided to make for a very comfortable stay. I loved the eclectic boho decor!

Rooms were super clean. Apartment was large and airy. It was not hot in November but the AC worked just fine. Clothes washing machine. Really nice place in the best location. I could not figure out how to use the microwave so instructions would help. I figured out the stove, fan and lights but it wasn’t easy. Overall an awesome place to stay in the perfect location. Sevilla itself was really fantastic and I will definitely return for a longer stay.

A fantastic location for exploring Seville particularly the historical area. The apartment was spotless and the owner/agent was very helpful regarding the entry process and gave he their phone number should there be any issues during our stay. Loads of good places to eat nearby with a small mini market next door for essentials.If shopping is your thing the apartment is very accessible to a wide choice range of tourist and more individual stores as well as a few known brands.

Wonderful Quirky Apartment in Sevilla

This apartment was right in the heart of Sevilla, very close to shops, restaurants, and the main sites, including the Cathedral. It only took a few minutes to walk anywhere we wanted to go. We had an interior patio and a small balcony, enough to check out the weather. Host was very responsive. Was a little loud outside in the evening. We would stay here again though. Loved Sevilla.

Superb property in a perfect location

We loved our holiday in Seville and this property made it all the more enjoyable! It really is in an excellent location - only a 5 minute walk to the north of the Cathedral, we were within easy walking distance of lots of the destinations we wished to visit. The host was excellent to deal with, great communication all the way from booking right up to arranging access to the apartment. They also helped with a suggestion for leaving our luggage on day of check out, as our flight home was not until late in the evening - Giralda lockers had a unit a 2 minute walk from the apartment. I highly recommend this property and we hope to return again in the future!

Beautiful space, perfect location

We loved staying here! The location was right in the heart of the bustling city center, yet when we closed the windows and lowered the black out shade it was quiet and easy to sleep. The bed was comfy and we made breakfasts in the kitchen and used the washer. Note clothes must be hung to dry, so build in a day or so for drying time. We used the patio for outdoor drying. It was a lovely home base for our 5 nights in Seville.

It was clean and in a brilliant location. Checking in on line prior to arrival with the remote unlocking was good. The apartment was lovely but the outdoor space needed more cushions.

Great location!

Nice quiet apartment very well located within easy walking distance to pretty much everything. Food market only a few steps away, very handy for long stays (we stayed for two weeks in January/2025). Cafes, restaurants and shopping all close by, in fact just step out the door and Voila.

This apt has some good points and some not. Good location, very walkable to most points of interest in a lively area filled with restaurants, cafes and bars. The apt is spacious and would be good for a family. The decor is bright and electic. We didn’t use the terrace because it smelled like a sewer, some days worse than others. Maybe fans would help. We also had leaking from the AC which was fixed within hours. The side street on which the building is located is grungy-nothing the host can do about that but off putting. Staff were responsive.

Great apartment in great location

Spent 2 nights, well appointed apartment with everything you need. Excellent location and a grocery store 20m away. Street is narrow and ni parking so drop off and pickup must be quick. Carla the property manager is good. We highly recommend!

Spacious and clean!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seville! The apartment was spacious, clean, and centrally located. The AC worked very well and quickly cooled the space despite the 40 degree temperatures. We loved having access to the fridge and the convenience of the supermarket next door! Seville is a must visit destination and I would highly recommend this accommodation!

Beware

Seville is a beautiful and very special city, don't ruin your stay by staying in this flat. We did not hear from them after numerous attempts, until 11am on our day of arrival which created much anxiety. The flat is at the end of an alley that is full of garbage and uncomfortable entering at night. When we met the staff member there our first day, some questionables had their car parked in the alley and were smoking pot. When we entered the courtyard, and throughout our stay, it smelled of open sewer. As we were leaving on our last day, staff was mopping up with a very heavy perfumey substance to cover the smell. When we entered the flat, we thought it was spacious but "decorated" with a mish-mash of thrift store oddities. The bedroom pocket door did not close so it was hard to keep the room cool. There were 4 or 5 tall stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom not shown in the pictures which have to be navigated without a handrail which was quite difficult at night and VERY DANGEROUS after the a/c was leaking all over the stairs and floor which caused me to slip and almost fall. The a/c in the living area also leaked large pools all over the floor. When we contacted them to complain, they told us it had not been reported before, rather than "We're very sorry we will send maintenance" Shes trying to charge us forlocksmithwhenweleftkeys!

Our stay was wonderful. The place was perfectly situated to see the sights. Check in was easy. The one problem was the very loud AC unit in the living area which they attempted to fix but it was still super loud. Other than that all was great! Carla was very sweet and great at communicating.
