Rent from individual to individual, in the heart of Haute Savoie, on the shores of Lake Annecy and 10 minutes from the old town of Annecy, this recent contemporary house has everything you need for a relaxing but sporty holiday in the fresh air mountains of Savoy. The regional park of Bauges is 10 minutes by car and many nautical activities possible: paddle, rowing, water skiing, canoeing, wake boarding and many other sports activities available in a perimeter very close to the house: cycling on cycle track, tennis, roller skates, trampoline, fishing, mountain walks in the regional park of Bauges, paragliding, canyniong or via ferrata.
The house is located 5 minutes by bike from all the shops you need on vacation (supermarket, bakery, butcher, regional cheese dairy, fruit and vegetable shop, ORGANIC store, restaurants and local market with regional products).
The house is equipped with a beautiful wooden terrace of 100m2, with a modern garden furniture, deckchairs, an outdoor solar shower and a barbecue. This facility allows you to live indoors / outdoors during your vacation enjoying a majestic view of the mountains of La Tournette and Dents de Lanfon. We had a very enjoyable stay in this well-equipped house. It is ideally situated just a short walk to the lake and also close to the cycle path in a lovely quiet area away from any busy roads. We hired bikes nearby for a few days and used them to cycle into Annecy town and also just to enjoy rides out around the area and to the supermarket. We enjoyed using the paddle board provided as well. As we had a few rainy days during our stay we appreciated the many games in the house and not to forget the hot tub!

Great location

This is a well kept and well equipped house in a great location, handy for the lake, the cycle path and the local shops. We had a really enjoyable stay and were glad of the proximity to the lake, as the weather was very hot most of the week. The owners, Jean-Noel and Catherine were also lovely and very helpful.

We last stayed in 2020 and it’s just as we remembered. Location is perfect. Surrounded by mountains, the lake 3 minute walk away. Close to supermarket, bakery and good restaurants.

Amazing house

Had an amazing stay in this property. Everything you could possible need is there & the views are fantastic. The lake is a two minute walk away, a paddle board & snorkels are included for your use. The shops are a short bike ride away. I would advise booking bikes in advance if this is something you want as we didn't & the hire shop didn't have any left. One small thing, a fan for the second upstairs bedroom would have been good given the exceptional heat that we had. Would definitely recommend this house & we would love to visit again. Thanks.

Wonderful! A street back from the lake front

Catherine and Jean Noel were great hosts. Great communication and welcoming on arrival to make sure we had everything we need. We stayed with our 1 year and 5 year old and it was great to be so close to the lake and bike paths for activities. Excellent location in Annecy.

Fabulous location!

Loved our stay at this glorious holiday chalet in such a great location so close to the lake. We came to Lake Annecy to paddle board & it was great that we could just walk to the lake with our boards straight from the chalet … loved that! The property was also in an idyllic spot with great views of the mountains. We are a family of 5 & the property had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Loved the hot tub & lazy evening BBQs out on the deck. We definitely recommend this chalet & would love to return again in the future.

Excellent!

I cannot recommend the home enough. The views across the lake were stunning- snow capped mountains. The property is clean and very comfortable with modern appliances. The proximity to the bike path is a plus as well. Check in was very easy and the owner was extremely gracious and responsive. Bottom line: excellent all around.

Lovely house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location really near the lake, with good restaurants a short walk away. The house was exactly as described and we spent a happy week relaxing there and enjoying the vjews.

Oasis in Paradise

We have stayed in Sevrier many times, but this accommodation made our holiday the best one ever. The location, a stone’s throw away from both the bicycle path and the lake, makes it ideal. As far as the accommodation goes, there is nothing lacking .The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary utensils and the WiFi is really fast. We were six adults and we never felt cramped at any time. There is only one thing to consider - the fridge/freezer is not adequate for a large household. We had extremely warm weather this year and as a result the fridge limited us in storing cool drinks. The freezer is merely an ice box which meant that shopping was required on a daily basis if you are catering in. (A small inconvenience which does not detract from the experience as there is a really good supermarket very close by) Thank you to both Catherine and Virginie for all your assistance before and during our stay. We will most certainly be back next year.

Great family holiday location

We spent a week at the end of July/beginning of August with our two young children (aged 6 and 7). Communication prior to arrival was very good, and Virginie met us at the agreed time to show us round. The villa was very well presented and equipped, and in a beautiful location. The cycle path runs very close to the house which we used a lot, and via that there was easy access to great beaches and restaurants. We also enjoyed barbecuing and eating out on the terrace several nights - there are two supermarkets close at hand (one walkable), and a great bakery also walkable to go and get breakfast. There was plenty to do for the children in the area, and we had a great time there. Our only minor grumble (and not really anything the owner could do anything about) was that the disco at the nearby campsite could be heard until 11:00pm. It wasn't at a level that kept anybody awake or was a major disturbance, but it would have been perfect to have have sat outside in the evening and enjoyed a little more peace. This certainly didn't spoil our experience of the villa or our holiday though.

We really enjoyed our stay in this super cute chalet. Its not overlooked in summer. I imagine you can see the lake in the winter.,It's well equipped , clean and comfortable between the bike bike path & the lake. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a bakery, pizzeria, bikeshop.. so many activities close by. It's a very good location for an active holiday.

Good place to stay and even a glimpse of the lake form upstairs; quiet; well equipped Could do with some extra seating inside if the nights were cooler , which they weren't in July Nice deck and good shade when needed Close to lake 'beach' swimming, tennis and the cycle track. Recommended

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour dans la maison de Catherine et Jean-Noël. Elle est idéalement située, à 2 pas du lac et des commodités. La piste cyclable est également toute proche.La maison est magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et surtout extrêmement bien équipée, rien ne manque, que ce soit en cuisine, pour les enfants, ou pour se détendre. Chaque détail est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus aussi.L'accueil de Jean-Noël a été très chaleureux et ses explications très utiles. Un vrai coup de coeur! Nous reviendrons

Nous avons été accueillis par Catherine, la propriétaire,de façon très sympathique et très chaleureuse ! La maison ainsi que l emplacement (vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes) sont justes magnifiques .Le lac est à deux pas. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Belle villa au calme

Nous avons apprécié la villa. Elle est jolie et bien placée ! La piste cyclable est à 1min de la maison. Les commerces sont à 800m. Endroit calme. Le Jaccuzi était très bien pour se relaxer après les journées de randonnée, VTT... Maison propre, lits confortables, cuisine bien aménagée + Barbecue. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires. La communication avec les propriétaires et la conciergerie de Virginie était top! Tous sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location !
