The room and its amenities were clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. The space is small but we managed to squeeze 3 people into with the host's help in providing a roll-away bed. Great location in town to walk wherever you'd like, though it is longer than a 10-minute walk to the piers. Communication with the host was easy. The host and the help were gracious and responsive.
