The rooms were very small in comparison to other Conrad hotels I stay in, quite deceving to say the least when you see the photos on the website. Had to call for towels everyday, location is greag but i dont think I'd stay there again..

Ive stayed at many hotels on nanjing road, this is one of the better ones. The staff was nice and helpful. The morning buffet is great (if you got that option) and the dinner one is decent. The area around this hotel can be a hustle and bustle, but that is expected since youre located right next to a popular tourist street.

While we experienced a few disappointments with our rooms at check-in, Molly, the Guest Service Manager, was truly exceptional in the way she handled the situation. She listened attentively to our concerns, responded promptly to our needs, and treated us with genuine kindness throughout. Her professionalism and generosity, including upgrading our stay to make up for the discomfort, turned what began as a frustrating experience into a much more positive one.
