We like the hotel location. The breakfast buffet is not so good. The first night we stayed we found the pillow and comforter with a very bad odor, we requested to replace new pillows and comforter and the hotel staff replaced all.

The location of the property is excellent. The hotel is near a subway station, the famous Nanjing road and the Waitan. The hotel room is spacious and the lobby is beautiful. The hotel is outdated and the shower room was not clean. However overall, the hotel is excellent and definitely will stay again if I visit Shanghai again.

Excellent location for subway ( Line 2, Exit 4) and walking on the East Nanjing Road to the Bund. Line 2 runs between two airports ( Hongqiao and Pudong). Opposite of subway exit 4, a shop selling variety of tasty steamed baozi (breads with vegetables and meats filling). I wish the hotel to equip with a microwave oven in each room and a self-service laundry room.

The location is very convenient and the service is great! However it is an older hotel… The shower room smells like musty sewage; even when you shower the musty smell just lingers. There are also a lot of stains on the carpet. It doesn’t seem like they clean the carpet.
