Excellent hotel in great location.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities in a central location. Recommend taking upgrade to executive floor if offered to you - well worth the extra. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good English spoken.

Luxury in Shanghai

Pros: everything
Cons: airport shuttle
Location: Shopping, metro, the Bund, Peoples Square and Museum
Fantastic experience, quiet room, close to everything, very friendly, helpful staff with good English language skills. Fabulous room and not too bad coffee.

Hotel is excellent quality with luxurious rooms however the breakfast buffet was standard at best. We stayed on Executive floor and the happy hour food was below of that expected of a 5 star hotel. Hardly any food or variety and drinks were ordinary to none.
