第2回上海輸入博覧会が開催されており、交通の便が良いこのホテルについては、値段が上がるのではないかと心配していましたが、リーズナブルな値段で予約することができました。室内の清潔さ、サービスも水準以上でお勧めできるホテルと思われます。

Wi-Fi環境悪い

立地はとても良く、高島屋や地下鉄10号線の駅に近くて便利。10号線では、外灘、豫園、新天地などに乗り換えなしで行けます。 部屋は広さ、清潔さなどまあまあだと思います。テレビはNHKが入ります。 スタッフの対応は良い、日本語、英語通じます。 ただ、Wi-Fi環境はかなり悪い。ほとんど使えないと思って宿泊されるといいかと思います。 出張で利用でしたので、Wi-Fi環境ないのは困りました。次回は別のホテルに泊まります。

エクスペディアで予約するとすぐに、現地払いとなっているのに、カード会社からカード利用の通知が届きました。チェックイン時に、既にカード会社へ請求済と伝えましたが、保証金のカードを要求されました。更に、チェックアウト時には、事前の請求案内も保証金だからこの場で払えと言われ、支払いました。しかし、未だに事前に来ていた請求は取り消しされておらず、引き落としの案内が来ています。このままでは２重に払うことになります。以上

10年ぶりに泊まりましたが、トイレにウォシュレット(水力強)がありました。 中国は、高級ホテルでさえウォシュレットが無く、いつも携帯ウォシュレットを持って来ている私にとっては非常にありがたいです。 価格もリーズナブルです。
