Great stay!

The hotel is great, very comfortable, spacious and clean suite, friendly staff. In my opinion, a big flaw is the gym's opening hours, which are very late! I chose the hotel because it had a good gym, I intentionally worked out early before my work commitments and couldn't. Other than that, the hotel is great.

日本語通じるスタッフは非常に少ないのですが、外国人は多いため、積極的に翻訳機とかで教えてくれます。タクシー頼んだり、トイレ詰まったら直してくれたり、普通のホテルでやってくれる事は大体やってくれます

This hotel is amazing! The room was tidy and elegant. The staff is really helpful. We went to Disneyland Shanghai and the plan was to depart at 6 am. They helped us prepare and package a very nice breakfast to take with us. Amazing location and service!

The stay was very pleasant and peaceful . All facilities - bed, sofa, TV, desk, minibar, wardrobe are OK . Room size is also spacious . Price is reasonable . Room not very soundproof .Could hear loud floormates from the hallway Staff is helpful & service is good. They help me to find store location and print the map for my easy reference. Breakfast is good with a lot of local food . Location is a bit far out of center of the City on the Pudong side. Not too far from the airport though . Near 2 subway stations with around 10 mins walk . There's a bus stop just outside of the hotel, route 1008 can take you to the subway station. Near to expo center only 15minutes by taxi or use shuttle bus. It is close to my office and I can walk back every morning. . Overall stay is good

スタッフは英語も話せる上に、とても親切で優しく接して頂きました。また、サービスも非常に良く大満足です。 上海の中心地へはタクシーで30分程度、空港までは45分程度でした。タクシーも安く、正規のタクシーを毎度呼んで頂き助かりました。 トイレの水が流れない時がありすぐに対応して頂きましたが、それだけが少し残念でした。 他は大満足です。

방은 깔끔했으나, 방 온도조절장치가 고장났으며, 이를 수차례 고쳐달라고 요청했음에도 불구하고, 조치하겠다는 답변 이후에 실제 조치되지 않았습니다. 또한 키카드가 여러번 deactivate되어 키카드 교체를 요구하였으나, 같은 키카드를 re-activate하는 방법으로 조치하여 3일차에 새 카드로 교체 받았습니다.

Everything was nice, but the pool is not a relaxing place. A lot of swimming lessons were going on. Staff always said “sir” and ignored my wife. The food was good. The room was nice but had the smell of smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. Overall, we’d stay again though.
