Perfect place to stay in the center of Shanghai. Amazing staff and service , arrived early 8 am our room was ready to move in at 10 , in the meantime they let us wait in the executive lounge at the 59th floor with some coffee .Room very spacious, lots of free bottle water (8) always refilled each day . Great hotel and easy to get to F1 race on line 2, then line 11 right to track. It takes almost two hours due to metro stopping at every station and line-ups but I would stay here again. Club room was amazing with Pudong and river views and super customer service and superior club lounge. Enough food for dinner Ni each night.
