A Perfect Stay at Shangri-La Shanghai — Truly Exceptional Service From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at the Shangri-La Shanghai was simply perfect. The room was beautifully maintained and even upgraded upon check-in, offering a stunning view and the highest level of comfort. Housekeeping was incredibly attentive — they refreshed our room twice a day and always made sure everything was spotless. What touched us the most was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. Thanks for another great stay. We stayed in #5831, which is a wonderful room. However, the toilet seems to have some problems. Also, the TV is blocking a magnificent view of Shanghai. I'm not sure where it could be moved to, but its current position is not great with regards to viewing the scenery.
