Overall OK

The aircon in my room wasn’t really working, think it was more of a heater function. The carpet has a strong damp smell and does not seem clean. Other than that, the bed is clean and comfortable, the bathroom’s clean too and there’s hot water. The staff is helpful but can be more friendly especially towards foreign tourists who struggle with Mandarin. No wifi, but there’s an ATM at the lobby and a small convenience store that opens till late. A halal noodle joint is located just opposite the hotel.

Stay away from this place

Booked and confirmed reservation... and even paid. Upon arrival they told me they were fully booked... I asked for refund but that was not possible. Please ban this hotel and remove it from hotels.com. I also would like to see full refund asap. Arrived at 11pm and could go find another hotel.

スイートルームに泊まりましたが、それは別室に麻雀卓が2台ある、それがスイートという意味。お風呂の排水は溢れてきて大変でした。おせわになりました。
