The location is great. The hotel is near a shopping mall and there are many local restaurants near as well.

Rock hard bed. Apparently the locals have a smoke feast when they get home. The smell permiates every part of the building for about 2 hours from 10 to midnight. Dont count on sleeping. I staded first night then went to another for my stay. Did not offer a refund.

Very good value for the price and location.

Excellent location for Disneyland. Hotel is recently renovated. The bed is rather hard but the room was clean and spacious. Service was great. The breakfast was decent. Our only complaint is that our room smells of smoke, despite being a non-smoking room.

The staff are amazing, even though the language barrier between us they went ahead and communicate with me through google translate app, they are very happy to help out. The breakfast is superb, the cleaners always happy and work 24/7. The front desk staff works 24/7 too. It was great experience and good for money and great service.

旅行中に2回泊まりましたが、どちらの部屋も冷蔵庫が常温で入れた物は冷えませんでした。3階のフロアは少しタバコのにおいを感じました。 でも、価格が安く、川沙駅からも近く、空港や上海ディズニーランドへも送迎もしてくれ、朝食会場もすぐ隣のホテルで清潔感もあり、満足しています。そして、ファミリーマートが近くにありました。ホテルを利用する方は、WeChatアプリをダウンロードしていくことをおすすめします。送迎の予約など、フロントへ依頼することに使用します。

スタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応してくれました！ 上海ディズニーまでの送迎バスも無料でついています！朝は7:30、夜は22:00に迎えにきてくれます！駅近なので帰りは地下鉄を利用しました。朝の送迎バスの場所が少しわかりにくいです。扉を出て左にまっすぐ歩いて行くと信号の前にディズニーのカチューシャを被った人がいるので、その人にホテル名を言えば乗せてくれました！その人はカチューシャを売りつけてきますが買わなくて大丈夫です！ アメニティは歯ブラシ、固形石鹸、シャワージェル(体とシャンプー専用)のみなので、綿棒や日数分のシャンプートリートメントは用意して行った方が快適かと思います！ また泊まりに行きたい！

未来上居酒店

チェックインの際に予約していた2泊→1泊に変更することを伝えたが、いやな顔をせず対応してくれた。支払いは海外発行のカードはまだ対応できていないとのことで、現金で支払った（we chatペイでも支払い可能）。 パスポートのコピーをとったら部屋にお持ちします、とのことで預けて部屋で待っていたらロボットが運んできた。ロボットの口（？）に入っているパスポートを受け取りロボットのボタンを押すと口が閉まり元の場所（ロビー）に戻るようになっている。 部屋は広いわけではないが、テレビが壁に据え付けているので、大きなスーツケースを広げる分のスペースはあるのがよかった。また、部屋だけでなくタオルなどの備品も清潔感があって快適なこともよかった。 天猫精霊というAmazonのAlexaみたいなものがあり、中国語になるが、時間を教えてくれたりテレビや電気をつけたり消したりしてくれる。 浦東空港から地下鉄で20分くらいで最寄りの駅に行けるし、ホテル周辺には食べるところやコンビニ、ショッピングモールもあり便利なので、次に上海に来たらまた泊まりたいと思った。

シャワー排水溝詰まりあり。３名宿泊予定だったがタオル、スリッパ、無料の水が２セットしか用意されていなかった。英語が通じるスタッフが居たので難無きを得た。トイレットペーパーの予備が無かった。
