What a gem of a property. Free airport shuttle. Modern interiors & rooms. Great staff who are very helpful. Great buffet breakfast on the 2nd floor. Only gripe I have is that some of our group rooms had soft beds, some rooms had hard beds. Other than that - great stay!

The staff was super helpful and accomodating with our check-in/ check out. Fantastic rooms and hotel ammenities. Location was perfect for us for a quick lay over in Shanghai, with many local spots around. If you’re staying for more than a couple days - it was a 10 mins Uber to closest station and 45 mins on train to city center. Overall extremely happy with everything. Airport shuttle was also easy and efficient

The hotel was innovated, it is much better the condition 7 years ago. The shuttle service to PVG was on time. There are so many local restaurants nearby the hotel, some restaurants open 24 hours, so convenient. By the way, the lady with employee number 303 is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is clean and safe. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. The price is quite reasonable. Free shuttle to/from airport and free breakfast are good bonus. My stay is 5 star experience.

The room was very large, had a strong aircon and the bed was super comfortable. Felt like sleeping on a cloud. It was a great choice for an overnight layover. The room was very clean as well. The only thing missing was a small fridge. Their breakfast was good enough. They also had a convenient and free airport shuttle that picked us up late at night. I would happily stay here again.
