The staff are very good, giving advice and communicating at a good level. The bedroom is big and comfortable, but cleaning is not much, maybe because the staff do not dare to touch the customers. There is a shuttle bus service to the airport, to the exhibition building, and help when I have a problem with losing my phone on the taxi and helping to coordinate very well. Full 10, I give 100. The only downside is that this area is very far from the subway, making travel not very convenient.

One of the receptionist made the payment not correct and not proactive to introduce restaurant, while others are friendly and proactively to introduce. When checking out, the receptionist is too busy and the hotel only arrange one more staff to help. The breakfast staff also made wrong order and didn’t have meal ready until we asked, however the restaurant dons out and cook noodles for us for free. Mix feeling of the service. The hardware is overall good.

Most of staff does not speak English. Since front desk to room service. Also the property is neglected. The building is beautiful, but the administration and maintenance is poor. I ordered room service and was awful. I chose that hotel because is close to the train station but it was a bad choice.
