What I loved is the staff and their attention for my 4 years old son. It was his birthday on the 17th of March, the hotel kindly gave him a cake and a card which was heart-warming. Overall, the room was nice and it was a wonderful experience.

My room (executive room) was on the 39. floor and the view on Pudong was amazing, I could directly see the Shanghai Tower and the Oriental Pearl Tower! The room was really nice (although a bit older) and breakfast was also great. The executive lounge with free drinks and snacks from 4:30 to 8 p.m. was also included in the executive room package (I did not know that), which made the experience even better. I had a really great stay, I booked the hotel because I wanted an amazing view on Pudong - and got that.
