Very bad Experience

I had a very bad experience in this hotel the Ac in my room not working and no mini bar and they brought it after i made aproblem at 2 am very bad food and very bad and poor buffet i think it is only one star hotel Room is not clkean at all .. bad smell in the room and i cant override it the staff in day shift is nice but the staff in night shift are rude and they dont know how to deal with guests i highly not recommend this hotel

bu oteli bir gecelik tercih ettik etmez olaydık otelin odaları iğren bize verilen odada halı yok her yer toz içindeydi uyuduğumuz yatak berbat yastık çok kötü kokuyordu banyo ve tuvalet sapsarı içmeye su bile yoktu ayrıca otelden çıkış saatimiz 12 olmasına rağmen sabahın 10’unda 3 kere gelip çıkın dediler Mısır’a tekrar gelirsem ve çevremdekiler giderse bu oteli tercih etmemek için elimden geleni yapıcamtek kelimeyle rezalet bir otel

Sauberkeit schrecklich. Handtücher waren dreckig Bettwäsche waren voller Haare, aber an sich wie das Hotel aussieht und die Lage waren gut und so war da alles in der Nähe ist
