Beautiful and appears to be recently updated. The pool area was well maintained. Everything was clean and well stocked. Coffee and hot chocolate available 24hours. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, were friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. .

Hospitable from check-in to check out
We traveled to attend the funeral of a close friend and this hotel made us feel so welcome, allowing us to gather with others by the cozy fireplace to reminisce during the evening. The room was also clean and comfortable. Every staff person we encountered was welcoming and kind.

The space is dated and tile, grout, and ceiling tiles are in desperate need of cleaning. Our couch still had remnants of the last people who used the room on it. The bed was so soft that it sagged in the middle and offered very little support. The pillows were so soft that they were also unsupportive. The staff was wonderful and kind.

I was skeptical choosing this hotel due to past experiences with other American inn however I promise you this hotel is the only hotel I will use when I travel out here as everything from the service, comfort, appearance, and the location of where this hotel is located is perfect. I stayed in 2 different suites while here and I have to say they both worth what I paid for. Thank you all for having me and I will be back again! I strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great hotel to stay at
