We came up to Manitowoc to hike the Ice Age Trail. We stayed at this property for two nights with our 1-year-old. The price was fantastic and it was a comfortable and clean place for us to lay our heads at night. We were not disturbed by other guests at night. The air conditioner was loud and the mini fridge would hum or turn on/off periodically but after the first night we got used to the noise. Our 1-year-old slept soundly regardless. The complimentary breakfast was nice – we ordered the English muffin egg sandwiches each morning along with some sides. The portions are small, but nothing was wasted. There is a lovely outdoor seating area off the kitchen and another outdoor patio space in the front. The property was clean, and we liked the nautical theme – very on point for Manitowoc. The location was perfect for us as we did not want to be in the heart of Manitowoc. It’s close to everything you need including the downtown, eateries, and a Wal-Mart. The workout room was under construction when we stayed here. There is a game room with a large shuffleboard also on the property. We would stay here again if the price was the same – it was a great deal. We paid about $93 per night when we stayed in May 2025.

Okay for one night

Front desk was extremely friendly. Room was hot and sticky couldn't seem to get the air conditioning to work right. Floor was very sticky and upon putting socks on next morning it was filthy. However bathroom and beds, no complaints comfortable and clean. Showed socks to front desk next morning they said they would have the room deep cleaned.

Nice!

One of the best lodgings we’ve had! Clean, comfortable, spacious. Great location. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again.

You get what you pay for…very reasonable price and a comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. Made to order complimentary breakfast was good. That being said… everything in the room felt damp due to the humidity and the air conditioner just couldn’t keep up even though the outdoor temps were in the mid-70’s. It seemed as though an air freshener spray was used to cover up the musty smell in the room

Very clean, i like the upgrades, bed comfortable. Wifi works great and i appreciated the bright lighting in the space. Upon entering room there was a slight musty smell which i assume may have been from ac, but overall very comfortable and friendly

I had a great experience. Loved the room setup and the complimentary breakfast. Manager was most helpful with getting me situated after I fell down in the parking lot. Everyone was there to serve the guests. I will definitely return to Harbor Town Inn when I visit Manitowoc again.
