This was not my first choice of accommodations but options were limited when I booked. The room was small, and furnished with old, uncomfortable and cheap furniture. If you just need a place to sleep for a night it works but not at all an ideal spot for an extended stay or anyone traveling for business.

The 2 double beds were both in need of repairs. The head of both beds were tilted downward so the feet end of the beds were higher than the head . Very dangerous for people with acid reflux or vomiting issues. Not safe .

Parlee Beach motel was sparkly clean. The rooms have laminate floors (much cleaner than carpet), updated furniture, fresh paint, modern tvs, comfortable beds and bedding. The bathroom was white and clean. Very well run motel.
