If a guest checks out late or checks in early without authorisation, there is a £20 per hour charge. A deep cleaning fee of £40 may apply if the apartment requires extra attention beyond the standard clean. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 violation fee applied if detected.

Lost or unreturned keys will incur a £100 charge. Guests must also notify us if they plan to bring pets. Unauthorised pets are not allowed and carry a £100 fee. Similarly, unauthorised visitors are not permitted, and a £50 per person fee will apply.

Extra Services
We also offer optional extras to make your stay more comfortable. Guests can request a late check-out or early check-in for £10 per hour. If you need to host additional guests, an extra charge of £25 per person per night applies (unauthorised guests remain prohibited).

For longer stays, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for £30. Families with young children can also request a cot for £25 per stay.
