The location is excellent to the arena. The staff and entrance greeting were fab. Smooth and efficient. The room was basic but clean. The rooms could do with a repaint and looked very clinical. Hospital vibes. No hairdryer. No plug sockets near to the mirror,! The reception area could be nicer with sofas and a cosy vibe.

It was a decent stay room decent and the pizza deal the pizza is banging only bad thing is thought it was a buffet breakfast as didn’t specify but it was a continental one

Good but could be better, the toilet cubicle in my room had an unpleasant smell, the soap dispensers were refilled without even turning the label to face forward, which is a clear sign of lack of care, and the mattress was very worn out and too soft.
