Fenced Yard Lakefront Home with Boat Launch, Boat House and Screened Porch

Thank you for viewing our listing. This is an updated three bedroom two bath home on over an acre with a flat lot directly on the lake. Fenced yard for the dogs. Large screened in porch on the lake. The house has a large circular driveway with a private boat ramp and a private boat house. The house accommodates 6 guests. There is an office area in case you need to work and we have AT&T high speed wireless Internet. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and in the media room there is an 85 inch smart TV and the outside patio also has a 55 inch smart TV as well as each bedroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and all utensils. The cooktop is gas and vented to the outside.Outside cooking includes a big green egg and a Weber flat top great for a pancake breakfast or smash burgers.Both bathrooms include handheld shower sprayers and smart Toto bidet toilets. Private and Quiet with large screened porch over looking the lake with TV.
