We wanted to see the area of Shenzhen north, so we choose to stay in the hotel. The hotel itself is very well maintained, nice big room and very clean. Service at front desk and concierge is great. The hotel can go to the shopping mall ICO next door, so very convenient. It's not close to subway, but it's fine for us.

The people worked in the hotel couldn’t help anymore than what they did. They helped with transport going to places & coming back. There was always someone that could speak english
