The staff and room were absolutely fantastic! The only thing that wasn’t quite up to our standards was when we asked to open the room connecting door. The guy who came in just stepped in with his shoes on.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Shenzhen. The buffet breakfast and dinners are fantastic value for money and would be recommended.

They advertise a shuttle. There is no shuttle . It’s false advertising. The onus was on me to get cash in RMB which was more costly than the taxi .. then get a taxi to the hotel. This is not what they advertise. I asked to be reimbursed for the conversion commission and was denied! Soo disappointed. They do not care submit their clients!!

Great hotel

Fantastic hotel - in a very convenient area. Next door to a Mall. Rooms very clean. Housekeeping great. Breakfast was excellent. Every taste covered If I am critical of any area, is that the Bar only serves canned beer...small detail. Swimming pool was large and a great place to excersise.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. Tasty and warm cookies upon check in. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and well equipped. Helpful staff for check in and check out. During check out staff helped us call a taxi and load luggage early in the morning. There seems to be lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. We were there just a quick layover so wished we had more time .
