The Yue Jia Apartment Hotel is only a 15 min walk from the Nanshan Metro Stop. Their are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Their was also a bakery not too far from the Metro Stop. I really enjoyed eating at the Hot Pot restaurant downstairs from the hotel

We enjoyed our stay. Good location, nice staff, clean, big and comfy bed. towels, shampoo are provided. construction nearby works 7 days, but sound insulation does good, just heard a bit noise in the morning.

Hard to find, worth the search

This is an apartment hotel, good for short or long stays. No typical hotel services (but most folks never use them anyhow). Safe area with Chinese and Western fast food options nearby. Apartment has a clothes washer--very hand--and a porch to dry clothes on (just be sure to remember your clothes when you leave!). Check in on 8th floor. Friendly manager gave me a ride to the nearest subway station as I was leaving with an overloaded suitcase. Good deal all around !

場所がわかりにくい。　ビルの一部（8階と36階）をホテルとして利用しており、気が付きにくい。 シャワーのお湯が、シャワー室の隙間から、洗面所に流れ出し、水溜りとなった。修理をお願いします。 洗面所の床の構造が、排水管に向かって水が流れる傾きが不十分で、ところどころで、水たまりになった。 ホテルの部屋の管理者は、愛想は良く、普通の対応をしてもらいました。

Good but hard to find the entrance

Best performance compare to the price per day. The room also has washing machine., It seems to be nice when you have long day trip. But hard to find the entrance. When you cant find the entrance then call the hotel in front of BAMA TEA shop. Then the hotel guy will come out. Have a nice trip

total things, are good place for business trip.

for business trip, good place. 1. he & she can't speak english well so they use translating APP 2. they are kind. ( when we request to call taxi, .. it was not call, he took us to Road, and then he catched Taxi ... lol ) .. anyway they were kind. 3. there is a apartment building. just some rooms are using as Hotel. 4. total things, are good place for business trip. but if tour, not good choice.

服務好, 房間寛敞

地點並不難找, 我們打車來的, 就在5棟A座旁下車, 走兩步就是了. 前台在8樓一個住家feel的單位內, 本來有點担心, 但服務人員態度很好, 手續辦的很快, 又把我們房間升級了套房, 而且可1點才退房. 房間在22樓, 景觀非常好, 可惜碰上深圳大暴雨, 未能盡情享受陽台. 由於大雨, 也沒四處去遊玩, (本來想去歡樂海岸的) 都在房間享受清閒, 及到樓下吃飯. 附近中西餐都有, 也有便利店, 挺方便的. 房間比我們自己的家還要大, 很舒服, 也很乾淨 服務好, 我們不懂弄電視, 又忘了帶手機充電線, 服務員很快替我們解決了 性價比很高. 當然, 若要酒店服務及感覺的, 這不是你的茶. 不過, 像我們一家四口, 想過一個悠閒的週末, relax relax的話, 很好的選擇 值得推薦
