Our stay includes 8 adults and 2 children. We started for 4 nights and the stay was excellent mainly due to the helpful staffs from front desk to concierge. Team from front desk was extremely helpful and customer oriented. Amy is always there to help with everything even outside her office hours. Thank u team for your kind assistance. This hotel was in the center of many shopping malls/outlets and restaurants nearby. Convenient location with the subway (LaoJie station) being only a 1 minute walk away from Exit D elevator. Very lively in the evening with lots of people shopping and eating. I lived on 6th floor and it was surprisingly quiet at night. Room was clean and spacious.

Convenient Location

Overall satisfactory. Special credit to Ms Sunny at Reception who has been exceptionally helpful. The only setback was my request in person to the reception staff on duty the night before check-out the next morning for a "6.30 am morning wake-up call' was not executed. Fortunately, the alarm on my mobile phone did not fail me.
