Poolside furniture was clean and comfortable. I did slip on the stairs getting into the pool. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The towel rail in bathroom was loose and fell off when hanging towels on it

The serviced apartment had a lovely combination lounge kitchen area. The linen and towels were clean Everything was provided. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. I did not use the pool. I would not hesitate to stay again. It was easy to find and I was able to park in front of the apartment. The apartment has 1 TV with Freeview stations.

The king bed was uncomfortable. The drain in the shower was blocked- any longer than a couple of minutes showering and water spilt out onto bathroom floor. Rooms are noisy. Room fridge is ridiculously loud. The trundle bed was broken and we had to be moved to a new room. A positive- the room had Dilmah tea bags, a quality brew.

The room smelt like dirty carpet steam cleaned and not deodorised properly. It was rather off-putting. You can hear the people next door through the walls, the sheets all too scratchy for my comfort and the car parking a little crammed when we were there. We couldn't park out the front of our room, so they must allow extra cars if multiple people are staying in one room with multiple cars. On the plus side the 1 bedroom is spacious, and if you are not fussed where you sleep or sensitive to smells like I am you might not be as fussed. Take your own hairdryer, this wasn't provided/found in the bathroom.
