Great stay

Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot

I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

素泊まりの予約になっており、夕食朝食をつけて欲しいとフロントで伝えたが、対応してもらえなかった。タクシーで15分ほどのところで夕食をとり、モーニングをやってる喫茶店で朝食をとった。ホテルの夕食朝食をインスタでみて楽しみにしていたので非常に残念だった。 ラウンジはお酒もジュースも飲み放題で大変楽しめた。部屋も広く清潔だった。

エレベーター待ちで行列が出来て部屋に戻るのも一苦労でした。 10分ほど待ちました。 お風呂、食事などに行くのもエレベーターが全く来ず時間がかかります。 ご飯もあまり美味しくはなかったです。 楽しみにしていただけにがっかりでした。

部屋が広くてとても綺麗でした。ドリンクとアルコール、おつまみも堪能させてもらいました。お風呂も広く、お風呂上がりのラウンジがとてもオシャレでゆっくりする事ができました。 唯一の不満は、エレベーターの少なさです。
