Great stay

Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot

I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

綺麗で、高級感があった。バイキングも美味しかった。ただ部屋のエアコンの温度調整が出来ず暑かったのと、上の階や隣の部屋の物音がかなり響いて聞こえた。

エレベーターが何分も来ないし来ても満員のため、7階だったが半分以上階段を使わざるをえなかった。3台稼働の割にとにかく来ない印象。 部屋の布団を格納している棚が塗装も剥げていて取手も取れたままでがっかりするので直しておいて欲しい。 またエアコンも個別の温度調整が出来ず暑い夜を過ごした。個別調整出来るエアコンにして欲しい。 食事はビュッフェであり種類は少な目、すぐ無くなる上に1箇所しか取る場所が無いためストレスは溜まる。特に時間による人数制限も無いためカオス。食事の時間はある程度組数を定めて分散した方がいいと思った。 スタッフとサービスについて、食器を下げるときに従業員が横から無言で持っていった挙句にコップを振りながら去っていった。飲み物の残りが客に掛かっていたらどうするつもりだったのか。 挨拶をしてくれる従業員の人もおられ、外れを引きまくった結果かもしれないが、価格の割にいろいろ残念な気持ちにはなった。 ラウンジは良かったです。

サービスはよく笑顔も素敵な方が多いが、エレベーターがなかなか来ない。もう一台増やしたり、時間帯によって上り下り専用等してみてはどうかなと思った。またバイキングが混み合いすぎてなかなか取りに行きづらい環境だった。料理の提供する場所を二カ所に分けるなどもう少し工夫しても良いのかなと思った。

①チェックインで受付のスタッフの人数が2人だったので、もう一人いたら少しは、早かったと思います。 ②お風呂が時間帯で洗い場が無く、待っている人がいた。 人数に対して、お風呂場がもう1カ所あるといいんでしょうね。 ③レストランが混んでいて席が取りづらかったし、食べ物を取るのに時間が掛かった。 ④ホテル自体は、綺麗だしラウンジやお風呂上がりのサービスもあったので良かったです。 9階のお部屋でしたが眺めが最高で部屋も狭くは感じませんでした。 大人3人、小学生1人だったのでソファベッドでの対応でしたが、それぞれゆっくり寝れました。 スタッフがもう少しいると良いのかな？ ライブキッチンの方が早い場合もありますね。

バイキングのお料理がとても美味しく、お部屋も綺麗で充実した時間を過ごす事ができました。 欲を言えばエレベーターが3機あるものの、客数と合っておらず、何度も満員状態でほぼ乗れず6階まで階段を登り降りする事になりました。あと温泉が地下にあるのですが、男女共通の鍵付きドアの中に入ると男風呂、女風呂があるのですが最初の入り口の前でどこだろう？入っていいのか？？とウロウロされている方が数名いました。あれは40代の私でも迷ったので、高齢の方には難しい… もう少し案内をしてあげないとなぁと思いました。 お風呂は清潔感が保たれていて気持ちよかったです。

本当にエレベーターが、なかなか来ない。 来ても人が沢山乗ってて乗れなかったり。 バイキング会場も、席がなかなか空かなかったり… ただ、お風呂の所にあるラウンジ雰囲気も居心地も最高でした。 1階のラウンジも、色んな種類のお酒が飲めて最高でした‼︎ バイキングは､､､種類は多いけど味は普通かな？ あと、お風呂もまぁまぁ良かったです。
