The hotel is lovely, a mix of traditional and modern, with a beautiful garden. The staff were all charming and really helpful. This is a fantastic place to stay in the centre of Shkoder but in a very quiet location.

parkeren op het terrein is een ramp. We konden eerst niet weg omdat er dubbel geparkeerd stond en de parkeerplaats was al krap. De medewerkster in het restaurant was heel chagrijnig. Ze had meer interesse in haar telefoon dan in haar werk. Liep ook in haar jas te werken. Jammer dat een medewerkster het verpest voor je verblijf. Verder was het prima. Omgeving buiten het hotel was verwaarloosd.
