Could use much more improvements

In all honesty you get what you pay for. The rooms weren’t bad but very outdated. Some of the lamps did not work, they were broken. The main light in the room did not work also. We used the light from the bathroom.

Appears to spot clean rooms, pictures were not mounted but on the floor against the wall. Bathroom door broken where my 10 y/o daughter was locked in for approx. 5 mins and had to be let out by the manager. (Shes afraid to shut the door at the hotel now) Ice machine not working, limited towels available (always doing laundry) Very unorganized and didnt seem prepared for guest.

The only thing good about this hotel was the water pressure.We didn't have toilet tissue in our room had to ask for it no remote too the tv the key cards didn't work they had to use a master key to open rooms when you wanted entry to your room bugs on the floor this place sucks I'm never coming back here again

They didn't have a key to work for the room and it had to be opened with the master key. No remote control for the tv, only light was in the bathroom, the ac was on 60 degrees and the room was still hot. Had an odor.

Dirty rooms management told me I didn't pay per fee even after I showed payment to them. First room they gave me looked like someone was staying in it and had no bedding, and only room they said they had the key card lock didn't work and we were told we have to come get someone from the office to let us in the room every time and had no remote for the TV and every remote they gave would not work this place was terrible never stay there!

Computers wasn't working so it took two hous to get checked in. The ice machines wasn't working. The waffle machine timer wasn't working and the bed was hard af. The lamps didn't have lightbulbs.
