This place is terrible. I was VIP with Expedia. Was supposed to get a $10 voucher and room upgrade to a suite. Neither of which happened. No housekeeping for the 4 nights we were there. They told us to just throw our dirty towels and garbage in the hallway. We had to call everyday for housekeeping supplies. The water was terrible. Avoid at all costs.

The hotel was fragrant and clean. The staff was very polite. It was grand and a fantastic value for the money. Though I was surprised about the hundred dollar deposit which was not refunded to me for four days. The food selection is unfortunate at the hotel. Typically you have to leave to go get a decent meal. Other than that, it was great.

My experience with customer service was disappointing. I was locked out of my room before checkout and had to go to the front desk three times because my room keys didn’t work for either the door or the elevator. Inside the room, neither of the two phones were functional. When I tried to get a cart for my luggage, I was informed that a bellman had to assist me, requiring yet another trip downstairs to request one. I came for the weekend to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately, my stay was far from enjoyable. Today is my birthday.

The bathtub handles were broken, the water barely ran out of the bathroom faucet, there was no microwave in the room, the refrigerator barely worked and leaked water, coffee maker did not work, they did not clean our room/bring fresh towels and the rooms look run down and out dated.

Small refrigerator very unstable in room. 4 guests but only 3 towels, etc. Icemaker on 5th floor not working properly; appeared to be leaking. Room very roomy and lovely.

Rude front desk/need social skills!!

Well it was for the hubby & I a night without the kids and to just getaway. First got in the room,tried to run the bath,it wouldn't drain,had to change rooms. The guy they sent up Hunter was so nice he said definitely was a plumbing problem,so I was told by him we would be able to get another room no problem just call the front desk so I did they were very rude and said he didnt have authorization to even tell us that. After spending $350.00 for this room seems like it would have been no question to switch rooms. But after all said and done 4 hours later we finally got another.
