Tried to workout at the gym, the batteries in the remotes were corroded. Tried to go to the spa and the esthetician no-showed, and the spa director (who was 30 mins late ) tried to tell me to buy products and talk me out of a facial ... she cleansed my face like I was in a car wash / no relaxation, and was chaotic . I ended up just leaving in tears. There was anyone at the front desk .... usually you had to wait for them to show up... I was aghast at everything, truly.

Poor Service and Cleanliness

When we checked into room and took a shower the hair dryer was broken. The carpet in the room was so dirty the bottom of our feet were dirty. The metal soap holder on the wall of shower was broken and hanging by one screw. When are other family member arrived there were no bath towels to shower with. Tried calling housekeeping several times but they didn’t answer. Called the front desk and they said if you need towels or anything else missing you have to come down to the front desk and get it yourself because they don’t have time to accommodate every guest. Also there was hair all over their carpet and looked like it was never vacuumed and there was hair in sink and tub. Worse experience ever for us and our family.

I slept well for a couple of nights in a quiet room, on fluffy pillows and a comfortable mattress. There were several minor maintenance issues in the room but, believe it or not, the pillows may be enough for me to stay again on my next visit to the area.

My family of four (married 25 years, and 2 adults sons) checked into our room and immediately complained about a dirty room (carpet dirty, dirty cutitps on bathroom floor, hair in sink, dirt/hair on bath floor, hair on sink, dust all over desk like room was never dusted, and linens did not smell fresh). From that point on, was on HIGH alert! Called next day to front desk to request room service and was told that was not and option due to COVID. COVID?? I asked? The mgr explained no upgrade but offered $20 worth of free drinks for our troubles. We declined and was insulted in fact! Was told to put our trash outside and that was the best the hotel could do. My wife explained"if we wanted to take our own trash out on vacation, we would have stayed home". We paid for room service and expected room service! At the end-of-the day, we did not get an upgrade, room service, clean room, nor did we get what we paid for. We will not recommend this establishment to anyone in the future!!!!!

The good: there is plenty of self parking in a parkong deck aross feom the hotel and the checkin process was quick and painless. The bad: this hotel is dirty. I didnt conplain becauae the inconvenience of finding a new place to stay would have been too much for me so I just dealt with it. I was only here for 2 days for a family member's graduation. Anyway, I have to assume that if the bed doesnt look used that they dont change the sheets because even tho it was just me i always get 2 queen beds. I sleep in 1 one night and the other the next well the 2nd day of my stay comes and I go to fix my covers and the bed literally smells like straight urine. No stains or anything but someone for sure peed on that bed and it was not cleaned. Carpet stains everywhere, chairs are stained, other people's hair still in the tub. No microwave and the cabinet holding the fridge has been chewed up by who knows what. I'd never stay there again.
