Great stay! Staff was the sweetest, I believe her name was Erin or Airin. Rooms were very clean and spacious, the only con was parking across the street in the semi sketchy garage and walking to the hotel. I was alone so this is the only reason this was a con, the walk wasn’t too too far so groups or couples would be fine. I’d advise women to be mindful. Still give the stay 4.5/5 stars!

We like to stay in Shreveport. First time at Sam’s Town. It’s ok. Better than Ballys. Limited games in casino. We Ubered to margaritaville. Food good. Casino games good. We heard Horseshoe is good and Margaritaville Margaritaville is the best. Casino there is better. Have not been in the rooms.

This property was lack luster to be polite. There were roaches in the bathroom. Killed 6 or 7 during my stay. At night a putried smell will invade the rooms atmosphere. The heater didn't work. Turned it on and got a burnt chemical smell. Immediately turned it off. The room furniture is outdated and worn. The carpet is old and dirty, unable to recognize design in high traffic areas. The java deli was a life saver. The drinks from bar were tasty and strong. The staff members were polite and respectful. The rooms need an air purifier. Items were damp from swamp like condensation. I had to ask for towels and toilet tissue several times during my week long stay. I would have checked out if I would have been able to get partial refund. Luxury should not be used to describe that room.

Friendly staff

The staff were extremely friendly. Check in was easy and we even got a room upgrade. Casino staff were great. Go to the lower level non smoking. Machines were hitting and drinks came out faster. Only thing that was bad, was the volume of music at the bar area. It was loud!
