This house has just been finished. Located 200 meters from the port, it can accommodate up to eight people with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. This Villa is very comfortable and enjoys a small sea view from the upstairs terrace. It has a garden, a garage, a 5-seater Jacuzzi and a swim spa, both of which are in an independent covered building offering a beautiful wooden beach. Here, you will enjoy your holidays with family or friends, the beach at foot distance, the seafood you can pick up 200m from the port and the restaurant / lounge Le Théven which offers local and quality cuisine in an exceptional setting, facing the sea.
Bikes and kayaks are available. The nearest beach is 300 meters away. Choose the bike that's right for you, and ride to Porsmisclic Beach for sunbathing, surfing, bodyboarding, kayaking, or just having a drink and enjoying the view from Le Theven café restaurant.

TRÈS BELLE MAISON. SUPER VACANCES.

Très belle maison, spacieuse, bien conçue, confortable et très bien équipée.Vaisselle en quantité et de bonne qualité.Chambres agréables avec des rangements suffisants, literie confortable.Salles de bain très fonctionnelles.A l'extérieur, table, salon de jardin, parasol et transats ainsi que super jacuzzi espace nage couvert si mauvais temps.Belle vue mer depuis le balcon de l'étage.Très belle région à visiter... je rejoins un avis précédent avec la découverte de la magnifique plage des Amiets.Port et plages à proximité à pieds.Séjour très agréable. Arrivée organisée parfaitement avec Grégoire, accueil très sympathique.Il est disponible si besoin.Nous recommandons cette villa pour vos vacances.

Très belle maison, très confortable, tout est prévu pour qu’on se sente bien. L’espace jacuzzi est topissime et bien agréable pour se détendre. La région est superbe, avec mon coup de cœur pour toujours, les Amiets. Nous avons également été très bien accueilli par Grégoire Rispal, c’est très appréciable. Nous recommandons la Villa des Marins Pêcheurs.

Super Villa

Villa très spacieuse, idéale pour 8 personnes, 4 couples d'amis pour notre part, possibilité de ranger 3 voitures. L'Isolation phonique entre les pièces est super bonne. Vaisselle très abondante et de bonne qualité. SPA et jacuzzi agréables. Port à 200m et les plages de sable blanc à 500m environ. Représentant de la gérance sympathique et à l'écoute. En résumé, un super séjour passé dans ce lieu agréable.

Magnifique destination, magnifique villa

Magnifique semaine passée dans cette villa de Mogueriec. Accueil au top, villa conforme à la description à 2 mn du port et du gr34. Villa très agréable, bien équipée, vélos, kayaks, jaccuzi, piscine de nage. Nous reviendrons Merci à Grégoire pour l accompagnement.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille dans cette maison spacieuse et bien conçue. Les spas couverts permettent de se baigner quelque soit le temps, parfait avec ou sans enfants ! Petit bémol, il manque un garde corps sur la terrasse RDC extérieure (pour la sécurité des enfants). Grégoire nous a très bien accueilli et était disponible en cas de besoin. Location dans un endroit calme et à 300 m de la mer, impeccable. En bref, venez en Finistère Nord !
