Can't understand why it's called ultra all inclusive Anything that's ultra here is not included . Check in was poor I was allocated wrong room type and apparently they couldn't correct till next day . Late meals no effort made Bar service. 1 person serving. 3 arguing huge queues if you were in the right place you got table service. Night bar ok but not to busy. Staff you find the odd one seems very keen to deliver service Rooms ok but nothing spectacular. Showers good but very few toiletries TV useless no UK / English channels no even world service very little sport. Entertainment ..very poor nothing original. Just what you would find most ,,2-3 star all incs Pool area was clean with no mass rush to reserve sunbeds . Breakfast. Cold and limited only time I have ever seen steamed veg for breakfast . Unless you waited for an omelette from the single person cooking them. Not worth getting up early for. Main meals ok but not a whole lot of variety not overly warm either. I have stayrd in many hotels on side and would say look elsewhere for better value.

Food was terrible! Holes in the walls and ceilings. Run down building. Staff looked miserable being there. Floor and room plan were confusing. Changed hotels after 1 and a half days. Didn’t get any compensation but that was okay just to get out of there.

Old and moldy , needs renovation

We've been placed in 2 store apartment with bedroom and shower room upstairs. Top rooms were moldy and peeled paint from walls and ceilings. Had to move out to other room next day. We was staying 2 weeks Sewage smell in ground floor Hallways. 3 star max , I can't understand how come they getting 5*??? Food was nice. But it's Turkey, that's what we was expecting.

I only stayed at the hotel for 1 nights, the food and drink were excellent. Our room wasn't ready until 2pm, but it wasn't a problem as I was happy sitting around the pool. The pool is quite small and can be very noisy. I can't complain too much as I had an excellent deal and it was cheaper to stay in the hotel than go out for a meal.

Not close to the beach.

We stayed for a week but unfortunetly this hotel is Not 5 stars as it says! We were pleased by dinner time served food only. We wont be gıing back again. Great staff and good communication though.

Crown Serenity Hotel'de bir hafta konakladık ve son derece memnun bir şekilde ayrıldık. Tatilimiz boyunca personelin güler yüzlü ve ilgili yaklaşımı bizi gerçekten etkiledi. Her bir çalışan, misafirlerin konforu için ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yapıyor. Özellikle temizlik ve düzen konusunda oldukça titiz bir otel; odalar her gün özenle temizleniyor ve ortak alanlarda hijyen sürekli korunuyor. Yemekler lezzetli, çeşitli ve hijyenikti. Her öğün farklı tatlar deneme şansı bulduk. Açık büfede hem çocuklara hem de yetişkinlere hitap eden birçok seçenek vardı. Havuz alanı geniş ve temizdi. Şezlong konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık, havlu hizmeti düzenli ve hızlıydı. Denize ulaşım ise otelin kendi servisiyle yalnızca 5 dakika sürüyor. Şoför, bu kısa yolculuğu müzik eşliğinde keyifli bir deneyime dönüştürüyor. Sahil alanı da bakımlı ve temizdi. Çocuklar için özel aktiviteler düşünülmüş olması da ayrı bir artıydı. Kısacası, hem dinlenmek hem de keyifli vakit geçirmek isteyenler için gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel. Teşekkür ederiz Crown Serenity! Vi boede en uge på Crown Serenity Hotel og rejste derfra med stor tilfredshed. Under hele ferien blev vi positivt overraskede over personalets venlige og imødekommende holdning. Hver medarbejder gør mere end sit bedste for at sikre gæsternes komfort. Hotellet er særligt grundigt med hensyn til renlighed og orden; værelserne bliver rengjort dagligt, og fællesområderne holdes konstant rent.

Außer das die Zimmer anständig sauber gemacht wurden war alles miserabel, es warten versteckte Kosten fallen wie z.b w-lan kostet im Zimmer 1€ Pro Tag Mann hat nur in der Lobby kostenfreies w-lan was aber kaum Empfang hat. Ab 24.00 Uhr bis morgens 10.00 Uhr kosten die Getränke es war mehr ein all you can Drink als all inklusive. das Mittag essen und Abend essen war fast immer das gleiche 7 Tage lang. Zum Frühstück bekommt man nicht mal Mineralwasser weil die Bar noch nicht geöffnet ist. Als wir die Managerin über diese ganzen Vorfälle angesprochen haben sagt sie uns über die zusätzlichen Kosten wurde eigentlich Expedia und co. Informiert. Nie wieder crown Kette.

Vores aircon virkede ikke og de vil ikke lave det. Dårlig mad og meget lang kø ved alt. Pomfritter skal man vente ca 8-10 min på og vil du have pizza er det 15-20 min osv. Dårlige værelser. For få personale og dem der er der gider ikke at hjælpe med noget. Absolut ikke 5 stjerner værd højs 3.

Otel genel olarak fena değil. Dar alanda olması dezavantaj. Yürüyüş falan yapacağınız yer yok. Yemekler idare eder. İki eleştirim oldu: 1. Havuzda pislik vardı !!!(müşteri kabahati aslında) 2. Plaj restoran bölümünde personel gayet rahat küfürlü konuşuyordu. Resepsiyon ve lobi bar personeli çok ilgiliydi. Başka çalışanla tanışmadık zaten. Oda güzeldi.temizlik iyiydi. Küvet yoktu (herkesin tercihi farklı olabilir) , havlu terlik bulunmadığı söylendi. Ancak bir daha gitmeyi düşünmüyorum.

Otel konumu iyi deniz e 1 km mesafesi var servis ile ulaşım sağlanıyor Yatakların değişmesi lazım ve ebatlari küçük Yemekler güzel havuz güzel animasyonlar güzel tekrar tercih etmem için öncelikle yataklarin boyutu ve yenilenmesi lazım oda temizliği gayet iyiydi servis elemanları ilgililerdi lakin şef lerin talimatları ortalıkta yapmaları uygun değil

Negative Überraschung

Reception Angemeldet und sollte 11-12 Uhr übergeben werden, war erst 16 Uhr fertig. Keine Sauberkeit in der ganzen Anlage, kein Service, Zimmer werden alle 3 Tage sauber gemacht, Toiletten und Aufzüge Beschädigt und von 4 Funktionieren 2 Aufzüge, nur ein Schattelbus ans Meer, Zimmer telefonate und Wlan keine Funktion und auf Reklamation keine Reaktion. Essen war 7 Tagelang gleiches Menue. Nie wieder :( . Schade.

Paranizla rezil mi olmak istiyorsunuz ? Kahve istediginizde çay mi gelsin istiyorsunuz ? Otel in kendi personeli tarafindan birdaha buraya gelmeyin lafini duymak mi istiyorsunuz ?
