VERY GOOD HOTEL

We had a very relaxing stay at the Side Sungate. It's probably very similar to a number of giant uber hotels nearby however, for what it is, sea, swimming pools and sense of luxury, its excellent. THE FOOD IN PARTICULAR WAS CONSISTENTLY DELICIOUS. Our only quibble was the spa. A bit too much about making money and pampering than serious massage. Finally, as the only English people in the hotel we were also made to feel a little special - which we enjoyed!

Dishonest staff and manager

I booked and paid for a sea view room, and they made us stay in a room in the back of the hotel barely any windows and we had to take the stairs to get to our room. I called them almost everyday both the hotel manager and Orbitz. No one was responsive and they kept blaming each other for the mistake. I will never stay at this hotel or book through Orbitz, and advice others not to make the same mistake. Save your time and money and take your business somewhere else.

New hotel close to the beach and inexpensive.

The food was excellent! The staff very gentle, The hotel and the room were nice and clean. The beach was sandy, no rock, and clean water. The only negative point was the wi-fi.

Das Side Sunport ist ein Hotel der mittleren Preisklasse, welches uns positiv überrascht hat. Mit 250 Zimmer ist es eins der kleineren an der türkischen Riviera. Grün sucht man hier vergeblich, der Außenbereich besteht aus diversen Pools.Es befindet sich in 2.Strandreihe in Evrenseki. Der Weg zum Wasser ist kurz-am davor liegenden Adalya Hotel vorbei, dann über die Promenade und schon ist man am Strand. Mit dem Dolmus kommt man nach Side und Manavgat. Die Dolmusstation befindet sich am Hotel.Das Zimmer ist riesig gross. Es bot ein Doppel-, ein Einzelbett und ein Sofa. Das Doppelbett hat eine stabile Matratze, so dass man nicht durchgeschüttelt wird, wenn der Partner einen unruhigen Schlaf hat. Safe und Minibar (gefüllt mit Wasser und Softgetränken) sind inklusive. Einen Bademantel gibt es leider nicht. Der sollte 4Euro pro Tag kosten. Wir hatten um ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Kamelya Hotel gebeten, weil dort die freiere Sicht aufs Meer ist. Die hatten wir auch, allerdings war es dort nicht so ruhig wie gedacht. Vom Kamelya schallte ein Generator herrüber, ein Abflussgitter auf dem Weg rappelte beim Überfahren und ein Hahn krähte am frühen Morgen emsig. Auf der anderen Seite schaut man aufs gegenüber liegende Hotel, könnte dort aber ruhiger sein, da kein Verkehr. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich auch für Vegetarier. Die Tische waren immer stilvoll mit Silberteller und Besteck für alle Gänge eingedeckt. Haben wir in gehobenen 5 Sterne Hotels schon einfacher erlebt. Mittagessen

Under alla mina vistelser i Türkiye så har jag haft den bästa upplevelsen någonsin. Alla som jobbade där var måna om att fråga om vi behövde något hela tiden. Servicekänslan bland personalen hade väldigt hög standard. Maten var väldigt god med många variationer och med olika teman. Efterrätterna var i världsklass. Hotellet hade ett familjevänligt intryck då atmosfären var väldigt lugnt och sansat. Lobbyutrymmet är väldigt bra ifall man är intresserad av att slappna av och njuta av sina dryck. Jag vill skicka ett speciellt tack till Şevki bey, Ferhat bey, Haşmet bey, Yusuf bey, Hasan bey, Nazli hanim, Muhammed bey och Emine hanim.

Fabulous

It was a pleasure! New hotel, not too big ! The food was perfect, the best of all other all inclusive hotels. The snack at the pool ...delicious: french frites, hamburgers, kipnuggets, watermelon. There is also a buffet at the beach from 12:00: with also delicious food. Drinks with free beer, whine, cocktails...just great. All the employees where very kind and helpfull. The animation team also nice and polite. The quality of everything: 5 stars . We enjoyed and will come back

Schickes Hotel mit kleinen Fehlern!

Das Hotel an sich fanden wir sehr schön, der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Abzüge geben wir beim Essen da es sich immer wiederholt und man immer das gleiche essen muss. Trotzdem war es sehr gut, wenn auch zu wenig gewürzt für die türkische Küche. Der "Babypool" hatte eine Rutsche, Schaukel und 2 Schaukelpferde. Leider waren die Geräte zum Teil defekt und es sah aus wie zufällig hingestellt. Die Geräte waren nicht überdacht und daher waren sie nicht mal nutzbar weil sie einfach zu heiss wurden. Die Liegen, Schirme und der Boden am Pool waren zum Teil sehr schmutzig sofass wir dort nur mit Schlappen laufen konnten. Einfach Zuviels russiche Gäste. In der Lobby haben wir zum Teil ne Ewigkeit auf Getrönke gewartet und die russischen Gäste wurden bei den Bestellungen bevorzugt. Wenn unser Sohn (8J.) nur ein Getränk für sich bestellen wollte wurde dieser gar nicht erst beachtet. Animation war irgendwie kaum eine vorhanden. Alles in allem sehr schön und es war ein schöner Urlaub aber leider nichts für Familien.

Wonderful hotel in Side!

The hotel was wonderful. Great food, friendly staff who help with everything. Only downside was that they could not speak English very well. The internet in the room was not good at all. But otherwise the hotel was wonderful and buses went right outside that took you to town or wherever you would go. The staff working at the front desk will assist you with the bus.The room was clean and fresh. The beach was 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel and clean. I recommend the hotel.
