Hello, I need urgent help with my hotel stay.
I booked the Hampton Inn Sidney through Expedia and stayed on November 15–16, 2025.

Last night I had a serious problem with the room. There were bed bugs on the bed. I have a video as proof. The room was also not clean and the bathroom glass was very dirty.
I informed the reception, but the staff did not take this issue seriously. Because of this, I was very uncomfortable, I could not sleep properly, and I left early without breakfast.
This was a health and safety issue, not just a small complaint. I have stayed at Hilton hotels every day on my way to Utah, and this is the first time I faced a problem like this.
I am requesting:
A full refund for this stay.
I can upload or send my video and photos if needed.
Please help me with this case and contact the hotel immediately.
