Ana and her staff are sweet, accommodating and easy to understand. The pool was good. So was happy hour. The beds are comfortable in a firm Asian way. And the tub was glorious! Also, it was a good location, but still quiet! I found the spa services to be excellent!

Amazing friendly hotel! We enjoyed our stay . One of the best so far in South East Asia. Staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is great. The food is awesome! I highly recommend dinner at the restaurant. Daily happy hour at the pool was relaxing after a day at the temples. Tuk tuk ride was $2.00 to Pub Street - markets etc .Airport pick up was appreciated. I highly recommend!!!!

A lovely small hotel with friendly staff and all the comforts you need. I loved that we were close to the action but in a super quiet area. We would stay here again in Siem Reap.

Very good welcome. Helpful staff (notably Ana at reception). Good organisation for day trips. Small hotel which is well-maintained. However, it is not quiet: there are bars behind which play music until 1am every day. In our suite there was little soundproofing, a simple door leading to the bathroom would help with the noise.

The hotel it was far better than what I was expecting. The place it was super clean, with a lot of attention to details, bedding and everything else it was of good quality. My room it was huge and well looked after. The staff were super competent and friendly, who also helped me to select and book tours. It is located around 15 minutes from the center of the city what I considered very convenient be because it is much quieter. This hotel it was one of the best things in Siem Reap. I highly recommend it!

The receptionist were very helpful and friendly which makes our four day trip feels like home. We booked a junior suite room and the room was huge directly facing the swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay there and the breakfast was great as well.

Great resort hotel...staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and very spacious. Pool area very nice. Breakfast was very good with omelettes fresh fruit, cereals, juices. tuk tuk service sponsored by hotel was $2 to pub street and market area. free pick up/drop off to bus station was helpful

Very Nice hotel close to the centre of town

Very Good hotel close to the centre of town. The hotel room was excellent with a lovely view. My room was big and had a free standing see bath which gave a luxurious feeling. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the hotel staff was extremely polite & courteous. Generally speaking the service you get in Asia is of a totally different level altogether, what you get in western Europe pales in comparison. All in all a very nice stay and excellent value for money.

Comfortable but noisy

The hotel and staff were great. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and we'll laid out. It is situated away from the main road and 800m from Centre. This should have made it quiet, however there appears to be some sort of karaoke / girl bar backing onto the hotel with the music continuing till early hours.
