The positives were that the staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful. The facilities are good with a pool and most rooms look like they have balconies. The real problem though is if the have events around the pool, and there were ones both nights I was there’s if your room faces the pool the sound echos. They had a DJ until 10:30pm and the room literally vibrated and could hardly hear tv, and I was on 6th floor. They were very good and moved me but it spoilt a good trip so would probably not stay here again.

Room was very good and staff were very helpful. The food was good. My only reason for the 4 star is that people smoked near the pool and dropped cigarette butts. These stay for an extended period of time. Probably need to give these people ash trays but also do a clean up when people leave the area. I would stay again as it was nice hotel and only a short Tuk Tuk ride to Siem Reap.

Excellent hotel, close to everything!

Excellent large clean rooms, great location away from the main town, but only a few dollars in a tuk tuk to go there. Close to the temples etc and given its location you will usually be the last pick up on tours and the first drop off - great to get a little more sleep if you are doing sun rise tours that start at 4-4.30am! Excellent value for money too, the restaurant and food options are also great! Would stay again and definitely the best all round option for short stays.

We visited during the low season and it was very quiet. We had the presidential suite with a large coffee/cappuccino maker but no coffee (which was disappointing). Room stated could sleep four, but only had one bed. They had to roll in two extra beds for our teenagers. Staff was wonderful, especially when dealing with a lost phone.
