Had an amazing stay at this hotel! Ideal location, with a short walk to Pub Street, Old Market, Night Market, the river, and numerous eateries. The staff is incredible, offering service beyond perfection. Most impressively, they remember guests by face and name, always greeting us with warm smiles, cold towels, and refreshing cold water – a comforting touch on hot days.
One highlight was booking a tuk-tuk through the hotel for town and ruins exploration; the service from the driver was impeccable. Additionally, my friend and I enjoyed a delightful cookie class organized by the hotel, adding a unique and super fun element to our stay.
The breakfast and overall food at the hotel were outstanding, providing a delightful culinary experience.
The only drawback was the potential noise from Pub Street, especially late at night. However, having read reviews beforehand, I requested a room away from the noise and was assigned room 301– minimal to no disturbance. Hotel offers earplugs for added comfort. Overall, a memorable experience with excellent service and thoughtful accommodations.
