The room was roomy , very clean, well maintained, had numerous power outlets, great air-conditioning which was quite quiet. There was a little gym, a lovely seating area around a well presented pool and very nice breakfast room/ restaurant area. The entrance lobby was huge , calm and comfortable. The staff were so, so helpful and friendly, really welcoming and attentive, in fact their interactions elevated our stay.

The AC in the room was great. A fridge in the room was very helpful. The bathroom is large with a tub and a small shower head but the main shower head was over the floor so it became a wet room. Staff were friendly and the hotel is in a great location.

Their property was extremely clean and they had a freeway staff that were helpful and good at there jobs. Chanun checked us in and made sure that we were well informed about the amenities of the property. Every morning at breakfast Solon made sure our breakfast was hot and accurate and provided extra condiments when needed. Ratanoke was also helpful at the desk greeting every morning before our tour and greeting us when we returned and also helping with an extra items we needed to carry to the room.

Four night family stay at Mony Reach Angkor Hotel

Quite simply, we absolutely loved this hotel. Brilliantly clean and comfortable, we are struggling to find fault. The location is great with the infamous pub street less than ten minutes walk in one direction, the river and night market not much further and some brilliant Cambodian restaurants on the doorstep venturing the other way. It has to be said, the staff were amazing, from advice and excursion organisation, accommodating a very early arrival, down to fine details like always remembering your name and calling the lift as you walk into the lobby. Thank you so much, Mr Chang, Ms Lisa and the rest of the team.

A wonderful hotel in the centre on Siem Reap, large clean rooms, with incredibly helpful staff who helped arrange trips to the local tourist sites.

The hotel and staff were amazing, especially Chan Vann. Chan works at the front desk and made my experience at the hotel excellent. He is great at connecting with the guests, and has genuine kindness and care for them. He goes out of his way to make people comfortable, and find ways to make their day better. Rare kind of human. The rest of the staff were very kind and always welcoming. Recommend! The free breakfast is also really good.

Amazing staff, very clean facilities, spacious room. I wish we had time to use the pool, it looked wonderful. Easy to walk to markets, pub street, felt very safe going out alone and easy to navigate area.
