Loved it!

Had a great time at this resort. All the staff were helpful and friendly,especially in the piano lounge. The singers at night were great. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The pool was warm and the spa was relaxing. I had no complaints.

Fairly New Hotel

Pros: Everything was exceptional. From the breakfast in the morning, to the help from the staff re booking trips. Even their own tuk tuk out the front.
Cons: Only thing that I would like to be fixed would be a softer bed. I dont understand how come the hotel insists on having such hard beds.
Location: We were able to walk each night to the restaurants and bars. Only about 15min ride to the temples, killing fields etc. At night time it was quite safe
Wow....This was just amazing to see. When you walk in the foyer takes your breath away. We had a beautiful big room with our own balcony and a view of the pool. Pool, piano bar, massage centre, spa retreat, 2 restaurants, lobby bar, pool bar and shops all in the hotel. Its like its own little town inside the hotel. Very clean, very friendly and has everything you need. Close to all the shops, restaurants, and walking distance to the main strip. Could not fault the hotel or the location. Would definately recomment this hotel. I remember saying as I walked into the hotel on arrival.....this is just beautiful ...pinch me .

Charming, colonial style hotel in central location

Pros: Lovely, smiling staff, large pool with spa, big comfortable room. Loved the traditional music played in the lobby in the early evening.
Cons: Airconditioning. Ours was very difficult to adjust, particularly the fan speed. Because of this the unit was very noisy and roared all night.
Location: Good location close to some very nice restaurants and only a short tuk-tuk ride from Pub Street.
Very enjoyable stay with the warmth and helpfulness of the staff being particularly notable.
