Laundry service I was there for 21 days. They never offered to clean my room one time. I asked him three times they speak no English. I would not return to that hotel ever again.

Great for backpackers!! The hotel is not as advertised and it’s clear that the property owners are using photographs of the hotel when it was in its prime and areas were in a much better condition. You can tell it was once quite a swanky place to stay and this is apparent from the fancy staircase and beautiful door handles. No towels in the rooms and no coat hangers in the wardrobe, fridge didn’t work and the shower drain was blocked. In addition, the pool was a little Missy but we kinda got in anyway. Nonetheless, as backpackers on a budget it was reasonable, the room was huge and there was a lovely shared balcony so you could watch the hustle and bustle of the streets below. The staff friendliness and helpfulness were both impeccable. It states free breakfast and this was not mentioned on arrival but they did make us some lovely coffee and toast and eggs when we asked about it which was greatly appreciated and also did some laundry for us at a very low cost. The property is near the market which was great and not too far from Angkor Wat. We also went at new year/Songkran so there were huge water fights in the street. The locals were very respectful and only splashed you if they knew you weren’t going to mind! Of course we embraced it and it made our experience much more authentic!

Brilliant price

Friendly staff- provided omelette and toast for breakfast. Great communal balcony overlooking the street. Amazing view from rooftop. Pool wasn’t the cleanest but we used it anyway!

Das Personal war wirklich herausragend – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist eher mittelmäßig und könnte etwas moderner sein. Dafür punktet die Lage: sehr zentral gelegen, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, vor allem dank des tollen Services und der Top-Lage.

Værelset vi fik virkede ikke til at være gjort rent. Ingen håndklæder eller toiletpapir. Værelset var generelt beskidt. Plettede lagener fyldt med sorte hår, ekskrementer fra dyr i vindueskarmen, det vrimlede med tissemyrer overalt. Morgenmaden bestod af to stykker toastbrød og en omelet kun bestående af æg. Billeder af dette sted snyder virkelig. Der er flotte billeder af dette hotel inde og ude men virkeligheden er en helt anden. Poolområdet var nærmest ikke eksisterende og det var en pool som var helt grøn og beskidt

-nobody clean up the room in 5 days, so we have to ask a brush. -so much loud, people are disrespectful about customers sleep -the pool IS NOT like the photos, not clean, water is green with lot of insects inside
