Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:Quality design and attention to detail. Staff with a memory :)
Cons:Sustainability - people like to refill water bottles with boiled & cooled water than use more plastic (in room, leave kettle out please)
Location:The hotel can organise driver & experienced guide for tours to Ankor temples - well worth doing.

Fantastic hotel in Siem reap

Excellent staff and very high standards
The hotel has very good facilities, but the staff is excellent. Very warm and genuinely caring. The food is very high quality and the staff was only too happy to accommodate our special dietary needs. My wife was unwell for a few days and the staff concern was genuine. I have already recommended this hotel to my family and friends who are planning on a trip to Cambodia. Will certainly visit again if we go back to Siem Reap.
