This is a beautiful spot in Orvieto. Serene and modern. It is important to know that L’Aquile is a bit hidden, and there is no direct car access, so luggage must be pulled down narrow cobbled streets on a hillside. The proprietor is warm, gracious, and informative.

What a wondeful location! And even better is the owner Massimo and the cheerful smart helpful Ada! She directed us to various sites, gave us dinner advice, and even helped with train and bus tickets. Lovely stay in the heart of Siena

The room was small but very beautiful, with a recently found fresco uncovered on the wall. Very clean, tidy and well appointed. Ada from the front desk was very friendly, kind and helpful and made a dinner reservation for us at an excellent restaurant off the beaten path.
