This property has been recently restored and turned into a modern and bright accommodation ideal for a couple or a family of 4 people. Outside guests can enjoy use of a large, well-groomed garden and of a nice furnished pergola ideal for al-fresco dining.
The house interiors are welcoming and tastefully furnished with modern-design pieces. The property in fenced-in.
A bus stop (with busses to Siena city center) is approx. 150 meters away.
The house's central location is convenient for visiting Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and the entire Chianti area with its characteristic villages (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc.).
A secondary road connecting Siena to the Chianti region passes a short distance away.
