Overall, we found the room to be very nice and clean. We liked to updated decor of the room that was in line with the hotel's Spanish Colonial decor. The only thing we weren't crazy about was how dirty the breakfast tables were both days we were there. We never saw anyone from come out and clean any tables when we ate there after other people would leave from those tables. We ended having to clean tables so we could eat on them. The hot food like potatoes were too salty. We would've liked some oatmeal or raisin bran cereal but most foods were hot foods. Still, hotel staff were friendly. They have a great gym.

Gorgeous and refreshing

The hotel itself is gorgeous, the folks are nice, the atmosphere is gorgeous. The rooms are a breath of fresh air, spacious with two fridges and beds are comfy, the pool is not heated tho there is a jacuzzi. Breakfast had so many options to choose from and for lunch or dinner I highly recommend the Orient Express, within 20 minutes we had a three plate spreader delicious and great service

Breakfast food sits too long. Arrived around 8am and the food had been sitting too long rewarming. Shriveled sausage and dried out potatoes. The bed springs are shot. While the mattress is comfortable the springs clang and twang when getting into or out of bed. Horribly disruptive Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but ours happened to be very dark in the downstairs corner. Good location but there is no sign to know what hotel it is. Overall it was a nice enough stay

I was really impressed by this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable the way that the hotel itself was designed was just very inviting. The staff was very friendly and was able to help us with the small requests we had.

Fantastic pool not usable because it was not heated If the pool is unusable it should not show pictures or advertise it ☹️ Check in experience was awful ☹️ Check in time was 3pm I arrived at 2.20 and told room is not ready come back at 3pm. I asked if it was possible for a ground floor room as my wife struggles with stairs I was told no. Then I was given an upstairs room with queen beds after I had booked a King room ☹️ A smile and a bit of respect would be appreciated when checking in after all we always have alternative choices.

Birding in Sierra Vista

No hotel sign out front. Other than that I had no complaints. Comfy bed, good wifi, plenty of parking, everything clean. Breakfast was outstanding. Loved the watermelon and oranges. Coffee was great. We had corned beef hash, biscuits and gravy, grits, sausage and ham, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and potatoes. Desk personnel were nice and professional. Breakfast cook was sweet.

The pool is not heated, the elevator is missing, and there are some cosmetic issues. That being said, I really liked it. The room was spacious and had very high ceilings. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall a great stay. The room was a generous size, clean, and safe. The property is older but taken care of, easy to get to. Would have been a higher rating if room was ready on time, which caused some delay since there’s not much to do around the hotel. Would stay again if in the area.
