This hotel is older, but the room I was in was upgraded. Very nice for the price point. In my particular case, I'd like to complement the owner Wen, Ali @ the front desk, and especially Stacy the front desk manager. I had an emergency, and I had to check out early and return to Colorado Springs. Expedia was a complete pain in the ass!! Had us send the authorizations for early departure several times. Stacy was very patient and kind, and she made sure I got my money back. If I visit Fort Huachuca ever again, there's no other hotel I would stay at. Well done ladies! Major Timothy Perry USMC

I don't usually write reviews but this hotel deserves it. Sure it's a bit older. But everything there is spotless. Maintenance seemed good too. Big investment lately in new door locks. Room had new vinyl plank which is a big upgrade over mysteriously dirty carpet. Beds were soft and comfortable with 4 very nice pillows. I hate the new hotels with those thick cheap foam pillows. These were great. Breakfast, while 90% same as other places it's that last 10 % that stepped them above the rest. A few nuts (candied pecans anyone?), a few M&Ms. Good fresh fruit overall better than I expected. Lastly, I only interacted with about 3 staff members, but they were all friendly. For the price I'd certainly go back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. But we will book directly with the hotel itself in the future since there are added fees if you use a third party to do the booking. We were under the impression that the fee would be the same by booking directly with the hotel or thru a third party. We would give 5 stars to the Hotel itself. But one star to the third party. We will never use a third party again.

Very comfortable bed! Bathroom could use some work - fan is very loud and bathroom is very small. The chair by the bed is very outdated and low to the ground. Not good to sit on at all. Customer service was good.
