Fishermans Cove B101, Ground floor on the beach and next to the community pool!

One of the best locations at Fisherman's Cove, our condo B-101 has a sandy beach area out our back lanai door and the community swimming pool six steps from our front door!

As a result of the hurricane that impacted Siesta Key in 2024, our condo was entirely rebuilt from the stud walls in! Everything is completely brand new as of January 2026! Our ground floor, corner of the B building location provides 3 extra windows making our condo noticeably brighter than the standard interior condos at Fisherman's Cove.

The condo is decorated in a beach theme throughout, featuring porcelain tile boardwalk styled flooring. We offer weekly rentals which require a Saturday arrival date.

The open plan of the main living area offers amazing water views from just about every location.

Here's a description of features by room...

The Kitchen is fully stocked, featuring custom white shaker cabinetry with soft close drawers, striking white quartz counters, upgraded stainless appliances and an enclosed pantry closet.

The Dining area offers water views a beachy white trestle table with cross back chairs that comfortably seats six guests.

The living room is furnished with a large and comfy slip-covered sectional, an oversized upholstered coral ottoman for resting your feet and a large 70-inch Roku 4K wall mounted television. Bring along your streaming device as guest-use HDMI cables are already plugged in on each TV. A sofa/pub table is the perfect spot for water views while browsing on your notebook or tablet. The mid-century style TV console we chose is a reminder that Fisherman's Cove has been around for a long time, since the 1960's!

The back porch/lanai offers direct beach access from our back door and provides breathtaking views of the Gulf that are hard to match through a wall of glass sliding window-doors.

The Gulf front master bedroom features waterfront views through the coconut palms, a king size bed with a premium 14" king gel mattress, brand new master bathroom, 55-inch Roku TV, and a large walk-in custom closet.

The Guest bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds, 14" gel mattresses and a 55-inch Roku 4K TV. The Guest bedroom can also serve as a second master suite by simply locking the hallway pocket door to have private use of the second full bathroom!

Fisherman's Cove is a unique choice for your Florida beach vacation. Not only are Gulf waters just outside the back door, but the bay with complimentary boat docks are just steps away from the front door. Turtle Beach County Park is our neighbor at at our entrance gate and offers a large beach as well as public use boat ramps and Kayak and Paddleboard rentals.

A big silver lining from the impact of the two 2024 Siesta Key hurricanes was that nearby Midnight Pass inlet was reopened to the Gulf for the first time in 40 years!! Prior to Midnight Pass reopening our bayside lagoon was 8 miles from the nearest Gulf inlet. Boating and fishing enthusiasts will be delighted that Fisherman's Cove boating and fishing docks are now only a few thousand feet away from the newly opened pass and Gulf waters!

Beach Erosion Notice... Guests should be aware that the Fisherman's Cove beach located Gulf side of our rock seawall and accessed from our wooden walk bridges is prone to both significant and rapid changes in erosion and may erode to the point where that beach has limited use except for swimming. In that event, for beach going, guests should be satisfied to use the 30-foot-wide swath of protected beach area located between our condo's back porch and the Fisherman's Cove rock sea wall or the Turtle Beach County Park, a large county beach located adjacent to the north property line of Fisherman's Cove.

Family vacation

Hosts did a great job with communicating throughout the process. Also had some good recommendations of things to do near by. The tropical storm covered our part of the beach in the red seaweed, but went a few minutes away to Siesta Key beach and had a great time.

Beautiful Siesta Key Condo!

Great family vacation spot! Location is awesome at the quieter end of the Key but still close to many conveniences. Our family enjoyed dinners at nearby Turtle’s and Ophelia’s, as well as meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The location within the complex is also ideal with immediate access to the pool and beach. Both were great for the kids, ages 8, 13 and 15. Mike and Daphne were great with communication, checking in and providing great recommendations for the area. We took advantage of a suggested day trip to nearby Myaka State Park to check out the alligators and enjoy a peaceful, shaded walk in the woods after many sunny days on the beach. Would highly recommend this unit for any family looking for a getaway to reconnect and have a whole lot of fun!

Great condo right on the beach

We recently returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was as advertised. We loved the location and the ease of being able to sit on the beach just a few steps from the back door. The location is great. It's quiet and has a few restaurants within walking distance. Siesta Key Beach and the Village are just a short trolley ride away, which was great and we utilized the service a few times. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place right on the beach.

Wonderful location, wonderful pool and beach. Two great restaurants practically right there, plus the free trolly stop was also there. Loved it, everything we would want, this is the second time we have stayed in this unit and can't wait to come again next year.

We had a fabulous time at Turtle Beach. The location was amazing, the beach beautiful, tons of great things to do. The condo was perfect for us. So close to the ocean, and easy access to parking and pool. The hosts were very helpful, always checking in with us making sure we had what we needed. They helped recommend a great boat tour for us to do. We loved out stay and definitely plan to come back.

The BEST location

Not only is the pool right outside the front door, but the beach is right outside the back door. It’s convenient and accessible for kids. The beach is so clean and the sunsets can’t be matched. We greatly enjoyed being able to grill most nights by the bay, while watching the boats, too. I loved having the in unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom mattress was SO comfortable. The day/night shades in the bedrooms were super helpful for letting in light while keeping privacy and also for the days we wanted to sleep in. The kitchen was well stocked. There were even games and books available. We will definitely be back! Everything far exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect vacation spot.

Perfect beach condo location

Love this unit, this is our 2nd year staying here. Easy access to the beach and ocean and the pool too. Washer and dryer in unit and pull out cot to help accommodate our family of 6. Kitchen well equipped and close to everything. We enjoyed kayaks, jetskis and boogie baording this year. Owners and property mgmt are very helpful and kind. Will absolutely stay again!

Perfect condo!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The cleaning crew did an amazing job. Everything looked wonderful. The condo was furnished nicely, kitchen well stocked. The location is perfect. The only complaint I have is that there was a beach renourishment project we knew nothing about until 2 weeks before we arrived. We were unable to use the beach behind the condo from 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday, so we had to go to other beaches for the week during the day. This was a major let down, as we planned to spend the whole week on that beach right behind the condo. This is not the condo owners’ fault, as it was a FEMA funded project done by the county that had been put off for months. I do wish it has been communicated to us that this specific project was on the horizon at the time we booked, though. It likely would have impacted our decision to book. We had views and sounds of dump trucks and equipment all day long. We were extremely disappointed to come from Illinois and not be able to enjoy the beach there. I would love to book this condo again so that we can actually fully experience and enjoy it once the project is complete. It will be spectacular. This place is amazing

So many pluses… one level condo and on first floor, pool directly outside your front door so very easy access, ( was never a noise issue if that worries some, a nice safe complex, everyone was so respectful ) ocean out the back with a great back porch, you can hear the waves and the water is just beyond the grasses. The condo is very clean, sheets crisp and clean, beds very comfortable! Anything you would need was supplied. A nice quiet area, but not too quiet if you wanted to head down the road for food and entertainment! Loved walking the beach in the morning and was even able to do beach yoga on Tues and Thursday. (not sure if it is always there) We really couldn’t have asked for more, the owners were in contact to make sure we were all good, seem like great people, Daphne was so kind. Just a side note, we traveled with our two adult children with autism, they could not have been happier and more content and comfortable. So easy for them to get around. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Fisherman’s Cove B101

Beautiful sunsets. Good proximity to pool and beach access. Beach is narrow, so not a lot of room to play on the sand if you are looking to play games or throw frisbee. Nice quiet retreat and clean with all the essentials to make for a great getaway!!!

Red tide terrible

Red tide was so bad, we went elsewhere to enjoy beach! Very disappointing that we paid for something and couldn’t enjoy. We coughed every time we stepped outside. Our feet got black when walking on the floor inside. Check out checklist was a lot and also very early! Just now what we would look for again! Thanks!

Proximity !

This is a bottom floor unit which is great for the going and coming of busy beach life. The unit is literally steps from the beach. You can walk out the backdoor and be at the boardwalk within seconds. You can walk out the front door and you are the at the gate for the pool. Perfect proximity if you have little kids because you are not having to carry beach equipment or pool toys long distances. We didn't even have to break out our wagon. Unit provides beach chairs so that was an added convenience from packing up the car.
