Newly remodeled / redecorated two bedroom, two bath gulfside villa. The unit has a spacious open floor plan and kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops throughout. Bring your laptop and connect wirelessly to the Internet at the built-in computer station. The living room is decorated with lovely tropical accents, comfortable, leather furniture and a flat-screen television. Both baths are equipped with beautiful tiled showers and granite sinktops.
There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with built-in storage leaving lots of room for the two twin beds. Of course, there are TVs in both bedrooms and a washer/dryer in the laundry room. The villa is conveniently located near one of the pools and is just a short walk to the beach.
The attached carport provides covered parking. Maximum occupancy - 4
The complex is located near shopping and many local eateries! The Siesta Key Trolley provides free transportation from one end of the key to the other.
