The Beach Front Suites
The Beachfront Suites is a stand-alone tri-plex. The building is three stories with each floor as its own unit. The Serenity Beach Condo is located on the 2nd floor.

What's provided for your stay: Have fun at the beach with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and more, pre-stocked into the villa prior to your arrival. Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.

Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.

Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

Very nice and well kept apartment. We only went for two days but we have an awesome view and all the amenities we needed. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk from the backyard. I will definitely will go back again.

Fantastic stay in Siesta Key. You literally walk straight out onto the beach, and it’s just a quick 7-minute stroll to Siesta Village for food, drinks, and shops. The location doesn’t get better than this. Communication was clear and responsive the entire time. We’ll absolutely book here again.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and the location is fantastic. You can easily walk to the village, but you're not so close that you're in the middle of the night life if you like quiet. Access to the beach is just steps away and we liked the towels and beach chairs provided. The view is beautiful, both from the deck and inside!
