The kitchen is stocked with enough supplies. Free assigned parking, wi-fi, smart TVs. Halfway between Siesta Key Village and the shops at south bridge, restaurants, bars, and stores are easily accessible. The free trolley can take you from one end of the island to the other.

Amazing!

This property was exactly as listed. Incredibly clean, really spotless actually. Min was very attentive. We had very clear instructions regarding check-in, location of property, beach access, and check-out. Everything was as listed. The private beach is just a short walk. Parking spots were clearly marked. There was good bedding and enough bath and beach towels. There were even beach toys and a small cooler for our use as well as beach chairs and a wagon if we wanted. Overall I am incredibly impressed and will visit this property again. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

A great stay

We enjoyed our weekend a siesta key beach house condo. The condo was clean, remodeled, comfortable and quiet. The best part was ease of use of the beach. Min was very responsive and flexible.

Awesome Private Beach

The property was clean and fairly upgraded. The walk to the private beach was so easy and the beach equipment included in the rental made it that much easier. The only downside was that there was a lot of construction happening so getting in and out was a pain sometimes as the trucks weren't exactly considerate of where they parked. Not the property managers fault though!

Great for an adult spring break

We really enjoyed the property. Our condo was clean and had been updated. We were supplied with beach gear (wagon, chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler), which was a huge plus. The access to the beach was a short walk. The beach is beautiful, and not crazy busy since it is private access only. We will be back!!

Very nice

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Very clean and exactly as described. The starter supplies were just the right amount except for coffee pods. We were very impressed with the beach gear! Speaking of beach, this unit is such a short walk to the beautiful beach.
