IF car not moved and garbage truck unable to access dumpster, additional charges will apply. Thank you for your cooperation.

Look for the Trolley in front of Morton's Market...comes every 30 minutes and will take you up and down the key for FREE!

Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one TIGHT space for parking. Vans, Large SUVs, Pick-up trucks or any other large vehicle will NOT fit and are not approved.

Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.
-The unit is located above a Pizza restaurant and in the Heart of Siesta Village. You may hear Village Live music, people & traffic in the evenings.

Not much of a beach view if any. But it was a short walk to everything we wanted. The parking space in front of the dumpster was actually helpful for my large rental car, but the other spaces are pretty tight. Since parking costs everywhere the off street parking was helpful. It was clean, comforatble and functional and the location on the strip as pretty cool. Would I stay again? In the right last minute situation, sure. Was a good place.

We had a great vacation! While this unit does not have a direct view, it is in an amazing location in the heart of all of the activity in Siesta Key Village. The beach was a very short walk away, which meant we could avoid driving to the main (& very busy) beach! This unit is clean and cozy. It is small, but has everything you need. We had plenty of space for the two of us. Stay here - you won't regret it!

Room was just as listed. Very clean, right in middle of the action and a short walk to beautiful beach. Owner answered all questions right away. Only problem is parking for unit 4 is a tight squeeze. Couldn’t open my car door when I pulled all the way in. Worried about other cars hitting it as it sticks out about 8 feet. It was just as listed on the unit description.

Could have been a little more clean, there was sand still around places. Otherwise a good place to stay for a short stay. Didn’t like that we have to pay for laundry and difficult to try to check out and set up laundry beforehand. Otherwise good. Communication with manager was amazing super responsive and quick.

Siesta Key stay

This place was perfect for my best friend and I. We spent the day at the beach which was super close and then went to all the bars at night. It was nice to not have to drive anywhere. Would recommend staying there if you are looking to have some fun and lots a beach time. The place was super clean and the host was very responsive.

Bare minimum

This space was clean and quiet even though located right in the center of the city and above a busy restaurant. The apartment has only one entrance and one window, which overlooks the alley and the hvac equipment, but seemed big enough to escape from in an emergency. We basically used the apartment only as an extra bedroom because other family had rented a sweet place nearby with amenities like a porch and pool. The Welcome Guestbook mentions a dishwasher and washing machine, but this apartment does not have those. It is, however, very walkable to the beach.

Great location to be able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. We did a long weekend stay and it was a nice couples getaway to be able to see the sunset each day and enjoy the night life. Parking is very limited but we expected that and planned accordingly. Was able to message the property owner for a couple questions and got quick response.

If you enjoy staying at a pizza place this is for you

Where do I begin, we first show up to the property and say there’s no way this it because the gps stops in a alleyway that goes behind a store and a pizza joint. But we shortly find out that this is the location and the apartment is above a pizza place where you can smell and hear everything underneath you. Then we learn we have to park in front of a trash can that smelled horrible and the parking was extremely tight. We flew in all the way from Missouri and left after being there for an hour and booked another hotel. I just want to get the word out so no one makes the same mistake we did.

Amazing week in Siesta Key

Location of the property was perfect, short walk to everything the village had to offer. No more than a 2 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market, 5 minute walk to the beach. Place had everything we needed for the week, even a few beach chairs and umbrella. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing the property was missing was a balcony, but we knew that going in.
